40% to 1% Impeachment Curve

We have decided to abandon our constant 3% burn rate, and use a flexible burn rate which we call “Impeachment Curve” //named by @k1z4
Selling cheap is a crime! The Impeachment Curve will punish you!
The “I Curve” equation:
Burn rate = 40 / Price multiple from presale price
Max burn rate = 40%
Min burn rate = 1%
Yes we borrowed this equation from some other token but whatever.
So selling at presale price (ETH:$GOP = 1:15,000) incurs a fee of 40%!
Selling at 40 times of presale price (ETH:$GOP =1:375) incurs a fee of 1%!
Attention: Buying doesn’t burn! Only selling and wallet transfer burn!
